Starter Plan

Your fees are determined by your resource usage, which consists of three components:

1. OpenAI/GPT use

If this is your first entry into the world of AI, let me tell you it isn't cheap! When I first started learning Python and AI, I opted for the bottom tier, and used all tokens in 10 days.

Price for GPT-4.1 is priced for requests @ $0.40 / 1M tokens, 4.1-mini is $1 / 1M.

2. Python Server & Database

This is where your AI is stored, it requires a specific type of server and database, along with many Python Modules.

Small businesses pay £25/month, which includes up to 500 GB of bandwidth

3. My Fees

It takes a lot of hard work to keep an AI running smoothly, and requires an on-demand and specific skill-set.

The monthly fee is for maintenance, my skills, data additions & training (the AI), monitoring, support (for you), API Usage, white-Labeling and Data Ingestion & Updates.

All of these are bundled into your single monthly subscription - which for the Starter Plan is £75 / month + the £1500 Set-up fee.

For SME's, my advise is to start small and work your way up, if you run out of tokens, you can upgrade to the next tier.

Business Plan

Everything in the Starter Plan, but OpenAI's cost rise substantially into the hundreds of pounds, hosting is also included. Enterprise hosting is a lot more, though only usually required for the largest of businesses.

The single monthly subscription is £375 / month + the £1500 Set-up fee.
