Lots of updates in 1.2, the biggest yet!

1. Security Layer

   New feature for the Admin page.
2. Chat Analytics

   Seperate analytics page, displaying various metrics.
3. Auto-bot Escalation

   Auto escalation, bot sends an email to support, if the answer is unknown, asks for permission re: GDPR, requires an explicit "yes" to send.
4. Super User

   We've now added the ability to add training information to the sytem, you can view the page, but have disabled the functionality - see below for further info.

Updates Page

The updates page of Admin allows system admins to add bot training information without having to access to the sensative system files.

Training Info

Direct access to the updates page without proper authentication is unsafe because it would allow unauthorized users to submit, modify, or erase sensitive updates.

This could lead to data breaches, tampering with critical logs, escalation misuse, or exposure of confidential information, ultimately compromising the integrity and security of the entire system. Proper access controls are essential to ensure that only trusted, authenticated superusers can interact with these powerful administrative features.

What it's used for?

Training a chatbot involves collecting and preparing a large dataset of example conversations or question-answer pairs relevant to the desired domain.

The chatbot model then learns from this data using machine learning algorithms, enabling it to generate appropriate, context-aware responses to new user inputs.

In the Pipeline

1. Provide the ability to export results as a .xlsx file, and then delete the log.

Having the ability to download result is a cool feature for a couple of reasons; 1. Why not? 2. Being able to export means files means you can delete the log files, this will lessen database load, important for small business, and make the system run smoothly.
